All adverts are subject to approval by YorkMix Radio staff before broadcast and must comply with the UK Code of Broadcast Advertising (BCAP Code) and our licence conditions. We may decline or withdraw any advert.
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Your campaign is confirmed once our team has approved it and payment arrangements are agreed.
You confirm that all claims in your advert are truthful and that you hold evidence for them, and that you have the right to use any audio, music or artwork you upload.
